At that time, the Court ordered the Government to file certain documents. Those documents were filed and Petitioner responded. Petitioners response raises some questions which the Court needs addressed. No later than noon on September 4, 2026, the Government shall file a response addressing the following: (1) the route of the planned departure flight (limited to the issue of how Petitioner will be transported to the West Bank since there are no airports in that location); and (2) whether Petitioner has had the requisite statutory opportunity to raise a credible fear or whether the Government has obtained diplomatic assurances that the petitioner would not be tortured/harmed on arrival.
