PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Petitioner's Reply to Respondents' Response to Order to Show Cause (the "Response"), ECF No. 16 . A review of the record indicates that Petitioner obtained counsel after Respondents filed their Response. See ECF No. 15 .
