ORDER. The Court denies Nnamdi's motion for TRO, an administrative stay, expedited consideration, and expedited habeas relief (Dkt. No. 2 ) because he failed to carry his burden as to the first element needed to obtain such relief. However, as noted in the Court's Order to Show Cause (Dkt. No. 5 at 1), Nnamdi's motion to expedite habeas proceedings was granted, and thus the Court will resolve his pending habeas petition (Dkt. No. 1 ) on an expedited timeline. (Ordered by Judge James Wesley Hendrix on 7/16/2026) (ada) (Entered: 07/16/2026)
