Within the original timeframe outlined in the December 5, 2025, Order, Respondents shall either: (a) provide the information described in the Order or (b) show cause as to why such information cannot be provided or timely provided. The court's order to provide such information in the timeframe ordered is relevant to the expeditious determination of whether Petitioner's removal is significantly likely in the reasonably foreseeable future, a matter over which this court has jurisdiction, and relevant to the court's right and obligation to manage its dockets. The alleged removal currently unsupported by evidence is relevant to that query, as is any evidence as to its likelihood of occurring.
