ORDER. The Clerk is directed to change the caption to reflect that the Warden of the Bluebonnet Detention Center is the only proper respondent. The Court received Petitioner's original petition on July 14, 2026. Dkt. No. 1 . In support of his motion to expedite, Petitioner argues that he has been detained since June 24, 2026 without a bond hearing. However, Petitioner has not shown good cause for the Court's consideration of his habeas petition before older matters. Thus, Petitioner's request to expedite is denied.
