ORDER (AGS): Petitioner has filed a successive § 2241 habeas petition challenging his immigration detention. See 26-cv-2257-AGS-VET. But it appears to be substantively identical to his recently denied petition, except for his complaints about the ruling in that case. (See ECF 1 .) So, by August 7, 2026, petitioner must show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed as duplicative. Should petitioner wish to appeal or request reconsideration of his original case, he should file, or direct his attorney in that case to file, the appropriate motion or notice of appeal.
