If Petitioner prefers that this petition move forward on the merits before this court, Petitioner may file a notice of voluntary dismissal in Mendez-Drago v. Warden, Case No. 3:26-cv-00962-WWB-LLL (M.D. Fla.), and then inform this court of that dismissal. Upon any notice that the petition in Mendez-Drago v.
