MINUTE ORDER signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher D. Baker on 08/04/2026: In his petition, Petitioner alleges that he entered the United States from Honduras on June 2, 2024, and was granted political asylum upon his arrival. (Doc. 1 ). Thereafter, the Court ordered Respondents to file a response to the petition accompanied by notices to appear, orders relating to Petitioner's release from custody, and documents related to any asserted violations of release conditions or any asserted change of circumstances warranting Petitioner's re-detention. (Doc. 4 ). In their response to the petition, although Respondents maintain that Petitioner's detention is governed 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2)(A), they provide no information about immigration authorities' prior encounters with Petitioner and have not complied with the Court's order to file the documents identified above (i.e., Form I-213, etc.). See (Doc. 6). Accordingly, it is HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents shall file and serve upon Petitioner the aforementioned documents no later than 8/7/2026. (Deputy Clerk CRB) (Entered: 08/04/2026)
