ORDER ENTERED. It is ORDERED that, no later than August 20, 2026, Llanes Guerra shall file a Statement stating the statute under which he is being detained. Further, if Llanes Guerra is being held under 8 U.S.C. § 1225, he should further explain in his Statement why the Fifth Circuits holding in Buenrostro-Mendez does not require the Court to deny his Petition.
