ORDER granting Petitioner's 4 Unopposed Motion for Briefing Schedule. The Court GRANTS the motion and ORDERS: (1) The Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to terminate the referral to U.S. Magistrate Judge Michelle L. Peterson.
