ORDER GRANTING PETITION AND ISSUING WRIT FOR HABEAS CORPUS by Magistrate Judge Anna Y. Park, 1 . For the foregoing reasons, IT IS ORDERED that: (1) Judgment be entered granting the Petition; (2) a writ of habeas corpus be issued requiring Petiti oner Deiry Berenice Ruiz Sandoval's (A# 219-708-610) immediate release or Respondents are to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within 7 days of the date of thi s Order; and (3) the parties shall file a joint status report no later than seven (7) days from the date of this Order confirming that Petitioner has received an individualized bond hearing or has been released from Respondents' custody.
