MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 7/28/2026. Before the Court is the 8 Response to Service Order filed by Petitioner Jose Diha Andrade. In the 8 Response, Petitioner's counsel explains that Petitioner was granted asylum and released from Nevada Southern Detention Center (NSDC). (Resp. 1:19-2:2, ECF No. 8). However, Petitioner's counsel was not able to speak to Petitioner to independently verify whether he was released or whether the decision is on appeal. (Id. at 2:4-5). Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents must file on the docket appropriate documentation (facility business records, affidavit, declaration, etc.) confirming that Petitioner was released from NSDC no later than July 31, 2026.
