TEXT ORDER - The Court has received the Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241. (ECF No. 1.) The docket reflects that Petitioner neither paid the required filing fee nor submitted an application to proceed in forma pauperis. In addition, Respondents have filed a Status Report representing that Petitioner was transferred from the District of New Jersey on July 3, 2026, prior to the filing of the Petition. (ECF No. 4.) Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, within seven (7) days, Respondents shall supplement their Status Report with documentation establishing Petitioner's current place of detention, the date and time of Petitioner's transfer from New Jersey, and any records demonstrating that the transfer occurred before the filing of the Petition. It is FURTHER ORDERED that, within thirty (30) days, Petitioner shall either remit the $5.00 filing fee or submit a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis on the form supplied by the Clerk. Failure to timely cure the filing deficiency may result in administrative termination of this action without prejudice. The Clerk shall mail Petitioner a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis for a habeas petitioner. So Ordered by Judge Karen M. Williams on July 10, 2026.
