Text of Order: The court has reviewed the petition for writ of habeas corpus, in which the petitioner challenges his detention by the Department of Homeland Security and seeks relief under the Due Process Clause and under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). The petition does not contain sufficient factual information to allow the court to conclude that the petitioner is detained under § 1226(a), or to understand what other due process requirements apply to his case. On or before July 17, 2026, the petitioner shall supplement the petition with factual, non-conclusory allegations substantiating his claims, including information regarding any criminal history, the circumstances surrounding his arrest by ICE on July 4, 2026, and the circumstances surrounding his entry into the United States in 2022.
