(2) Clerk is directed to send a copy of Rojas Portal's Petition 1, all relevant attachments (Docs. # 1 -1 and 1 -2), and this Order by certified mail to Jailer James A. Daley. (3) Within 7 days, Respondents shall consider impact of Lopez-Campos decision, if present matter must be resolved in Petitioner's favor under Lopez-Campos, Respondents shall immediately release Petitioner or, in alternative provide a bond hearing. (4) Within 10 days, Respondents shall file a Status Report certifying compliance. (5) If Lopez-Campos does not resolve issues raised in Petition 1 in Petitioner's favor, Respondents shall file their response to Petition within 14 days.
