PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon a sua sponte review of the record. Respondent is hereby ORDERED to file briefing as to how Petitioner's potential removal to the UAE is significantly likely given recent events in the region by no later than Monday, March 23, 2026. The Court notes that Respondent's prior filing only argued that Petitioner had failed to sign travel documents in January 2026. Respondent did not certify that but for Petitioner's signature on those documents, Petitioner would be removed to the UAE. Given recent events and the lack of specificity in Respondent's filings, the Court finds it necessary for Respondent to clearly state that Petitioner, but for his signature on the documents presented in January, would be removed to the UAE.
