MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) issued by Courtroom Deputy for Magistrate Judge Sean C. Riordan on 1/16/2026: The court has reviewed respondents' motion to lift the provision of the December 3, 2025 order prohibiting the transfer of petitioner to another detention center outside of this judicial district in order to preserve this court's jurisdiction. ECF Nos. 5 & 22 . In light of respondents' notice filed on January 9, 2026 indicating that petitioner has received a travel document to Cambodia, ECF No. 21 -1, the court GRANTS defendant's motion, ECF No. 22, and vacates the provision prohibiting the transfer of petitioner to a different district. All other provisions of the December 3, 2025 order remain in effect. In light of Petitioner's apparently imminent removal from the United States, the parties shall meet and confer as to whether a stipulation of dismissal of the petition is warranted.
