ORDER. By Order dated 7/15/2026, the Court granted in part the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and ordered Respondents must provide Petitioner a bond redetermination hearing within seven (7) days or release Petitioner from custody under the same conditions that existed before Petitioner's detention. (Doc. 7). The Court further ordered Respondents to file a Notice of Compliance within three (3) days of releasing Petitioner or providing Petitioner a bond hearing. (Id.) Respondents did not file a Notice of Compliance. By Order dated 8/5/2026, the Court granted Petitioner's Request for Immediate Release and ordered Respondents must release Petitioner from custody under the same conditions that existed before Petitioner's detention. (Doc. 12). The Court further ordered Respondents to file a Notice of Compliance within three (3) days of releasing Petitioner or providing Petitioner a bond hearing. (Id.) To date, no notice of compliance has been filed. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, by no later than 3:00 p.m. on 10/13/2026, Respondents shall file the Notice of Compliance. If counsel for the government is not able to confirm Petitioner was released, counsel for the government shall file a notice detailing counsel's efforts to ensure compliance with the Court's August 5, 2026, Order, including (i) when and to whom counsel conveyed the Court's order and (ii) counsel's subsequent attempts to confirm compliance with the Court's order.
