REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed by Cesar Alejandro Gonzalez Querales. The undersigned recommends the Court GRANT the Petition and order Respondents to immediately release Petitioner subject to the conditi ons of his prior release. The undersigned further recommends the Court order Respondents to submit a declaration affirming they have released Petitioner from custody, and to promptly provide a copy of this order to counsel for the Warden of the Diamondback Correctional Facility.
