(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Magistrate Judge A. Joel Richlin. On December 2, 2025, the Court issued an Order Requiring Response to Petition which set certain deadlines to brief the merits of the Petition. (Dkt. 4 .) However, on December 24, 2025, Petitioner filed an Application for Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO"). (Dkt. 5 .) The Application for TRO was subsequently briefed and on January 6, 2026, the District Judge granted the application. (Dkt. 11 .) The District Judge set a hearing on a preliminary injunction for January 20, 2026. (Id.) Therefore, to avoid confusion, the Court VACATES the deadlines set in the prior December 2, 2025 Order.
