ORDER deferring ruling on 1 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis andORDER DIRECTING REFILING OF MOTION TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS. The Petitioner filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) in this habeas corpus action. On the relevant document, Petitioner wrote $0 next to every question concerning his personal finances, including the question that requested information about whether Petitioner had Any debts or financial obligations. (ECF No. 1, at 34). However, in his habeas corpus petition, Petitioner wrote that he maintains active responsibility, emotional involvement, and financial to support the wife and unborn son [sic]. (ECF No. 1-1, at 5). This information seemingly contradicts that information on the IFP form. As a result, the Court directs the Petitioner to refile the IFP application to accurately reflect his personal finances.
