ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - it is hereby ORDERED that the motion (Doc. 3) for leave to file in forma pauperis is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to SERVE a copy of the petition (Doc. 1) and this order on respondents and the United States Attorney. All documents filed by the parties and by the court shall be served upon the United States Attorney. Respondents shall file, within twenty-one (21) days from the date of this order, a response to the petition. The motion (Doc. 4) for leave to file a traverse is GRANTED. Petitioner shall, if he so desires, file a traverse to the respondent's filing within fourteen (14) days of respondent's filing. The motion (Doc. 5) for leave to file one copy of pleadings is DENIED insofar as no relief is necessary; the court is in receipt of petitioner's filings and they comport with the applicable rules.
