ENDORSED ORDER GRANTING the request for a temporary restraining order in 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus. For the reasons stated in Guaiquire v. Quinones, No. 6:26-cv-169 (Doc. 4), Respondents are TEMPORARILY RESTRAINED AND ENJOINED from moving Petitioner out of the detention facility in which he is being held until further order of the Court. See also Hernandez Alvarez v. Warden, Fed. Det. Ctr. Mia., 175 F.4th 1258, 1262 (11th Cir. 2026) (mandate withheld). This TRO is limited to preserving the status quo. The remainder of the Petition is under consideration. No bond is required as the Court deems it unnecessary. This TRO expires Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. unless extended.
