PAPERLESS ORDER. On August 4, 2026, the Court held a hearing on Respondents' Notice of Violation (the "Hearing"). The Notice advised that the Court's Order requiring that Petitioner not be removed from the District was violated, specifically, that Petitioner was removed from the country after having received notice of the Court's Order. As directed during the Hearing, Respondents shall file a memorandum in support of its Notice that provides the Court with specific information regarding the apparent violation of this Court's Order. The memorandum should include the names of the individuals involved as well as any policy or practice the Government intends to rely on in support of any argument that the violation does not warrant sanctions by this Court. The Court intends to hold an evidentiary hearing on this matter. The Memorandum shall be filed no later than Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
