ORDER ON WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. No. 1 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is hereby ORDERED:(1) Respondents SHALL immediately release Petitioner from detention pursuant to the co nditions in his preexisting Order of Supervision. Within twenty-four (24) hours of this order, Respondents shall provide the Court with a declaration confirming that Petitioner has been released from custody and informing the Court of the date and time of his release.(2) The Court DENIES Petitioner's request for injunctive relief regarding any future re-detention.(3) The Parties are ORDERED to meet and confer to discuss whether Petitioner will continue to pursue his third-cou ntry removal claims after his release and, if so, notify the Court by January 13, 2026, of a proposed deadline for any amendments to Petitioner's complaint and Respondents' answer.Signed by Judge Tana Lin.
