TEXT ENTRY (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Judge Serena R. Murillo. Having considered the papers filed thus far in this matter and pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651, Respondents shall file any response in writing no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 3, 2025 to Petitioner's motion for a temporary restraining order. Dkt. 3 . Petitioner may file a reply to any response no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 10, 2025. In the meantime, and unless and until the Court orders otherwise, the Court ORDERS that Respondents shall not remove Petitioner from the United States. See F.T.C. v. Dean Foods Co., 384 U.S. 597, 604 (1966). Given the exigent circumstances, the Court finds that this order is warranted to maintain the status quo. The Court recognizes the pro se Petitioner's typed signature as submitted in the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Dkt. 1, as in accordance with governing rules considering the pro se status of Petitioner and leniency afforded such litigants and the circumstances as alleged. See, e.g., Lopez v. Smith, 203 F.3d 1122, 1131 (9th Cir. 2000). THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (gga) (Entered: 11/26/2025)
