ELECTRONIC Order: Josue Ricardo Corea-Martinez, an ICE detainee at the South Texas Detention Complex in Frio County, filed a pro se habeas petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, challenging his immigration detention.Because § 2241 petitions must be filed in the district where the petitioner is confined, venue is improper in this district. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a), and in the interest of justice, the Court TRANSFERS this case to the San Antonio Division of the Western District of Texas. 28 U.S.C. § 124(d)(4); N.D. Tex. Misc.
