TEXT ORDER - The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's second petition for a writ of habeas corpus. ECF No. 1. In his petition, Petitioner challenges the adequacy of the bond hearing ordered by this Court in response to his first petition at civil docket number 26-3390 (the "3390 Docket"). Id. at 1. However, Petitioner has not filed any motion or letter on the 3390 Docket challenging the adequacy of his bond hearing. Therefore, Petitioner is directed to file a letter on this docket within seven (7) days explaining why the Court should not (1) dismiss his second petition and (2) direct him to challenge the adequacy of his bond hearing on the 3390 Docket.
