MINUTE ORDER OF HEARING ON ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: DISMISSAL (DKT. 24 ) AND ORDERING RESPONDENTS TO RELEASE ANKLE MONITOR AND REMOVE GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS ON PETITIONER (DKT. 22 ) held before Judge Michelle Williams Court. As discussed at the hearing, the Court ORDERS Respondents to REMOVE the conditions of Petitioner's release, including (i) the fitting of an ankle monitoring/tracking device and (ii) the 75-mile geographical limitation of his release. Respondents SHALL remove these limitations by no later than Wednesday, September 16, 2026, so long as Petitioner timely makes himself available to authorities. The Court further ORDERS the parties to file a brief Joint Status Report as to the status of Petitioner's conditions by 12:00 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2026. IT IS SO ORDERED.
