TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon Petitioner Jonnathan Mauricio Lucero Tigre's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241. Dkt. No. 1, ("Petition"). Petitioner alleges his immigration detention without a bond hearing is unlawful. Respondents filed a limited answer challenging this Court's jurisdiction because Petitioner was transferred to a facility within the Southern District of Mississippi before the Petition was filed. Dkt. No. 4 ("Answer"); Dkt. No. 4-1, Ex. A ("I-830"). IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner shall file a reply brief addressing jurisdiction within 3 days.
