OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Petition is granted in part. Respondents are ORDERED to cause an individualized bond hearing for Petitioner to be conducted before an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by Octobe r 6, 2026. See, e.g., Sun, 2025 WL 3241268, at *3 (ordering bond hearing within six days); Jimenez, 2026 WL 251889, at *2 (ordering bond hearing within seven days); cf. Xiaoquan Chen v. Almodovar, No. 25-3169, ECF No. 49.1 (2d Cir. May 6, 2026) (or dering, after petitioner had been detained for approximately seven months, see Chen v. Almodovar, 815 F. Supp. 3d 314, 317 (S.D.N.Y. 2025), "that Petitioner be released... pending disposition of his appeal"). If the Immigration Judge order s Petitioner's release, Respondents are directed to (i) inform Petitioner as to the expected time and place of Petitioner"s release, (ii) immediately transport Petitioner back to the Southern District of New York, and (iii) immediately up on effectuating his transfer, release him from custody. Respondents are further directed to file a letter updating the Court on the status of this matter, including the date of Petitioner's bond hearing, by October 2, 2026. SO ORDERED.
