MINUTE ORDER Granting Petition. Having reviewed Respondents' 3 Return, the record before the Court establishes that Petitioner did not receive an informal interview promptly after his return to custody as required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i)(3). "Respondents therefore acknowledge that Petitioner is entitled to be released from custody subject to conditions of supervision." (ECF No. 3 at 1.)
