TEXT ORDER dismissing 2 Motion for TRO This matter comes before the Court upon Petitioner Andrew Gad's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241, Dkt. No. 1, ("Petition") and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, Dkt. No. 2 ("TRO Motion"). Petitioner alleges he is unlawfully detained by immigration authorities.
