Judge Myong J. Joun: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. In response to the habeas petition at Doc. No. 1, Respondents filed a Joint Motion for Order Directing Bond Hearing, Doc. No. 12 . The parties agree that Petitioner is entitled to a bond hearing. See Doc. No. 12 . Given this, and in light of the record before me, the Joint Motion, Doc. No. 12, and Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Doc. No. 1, are GRANTED. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Petitioner with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) by July 13, 2026. The Respondents are ENJOINED from denying bond to Petitioner on the basis that he is detained pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(2). Unless Petitioner was provided a bond hearing, Respondents shall release Petitioner by 6 PM on July 13, 2026.
