It is believed that he is currently held at the Plymouth County Correctional Facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts. He is entitled to a bond hearing. The government must arrange a bond hearing for Maycon Douglas Martins Oliveira before an Immigration Judge (consistent with the standards outlined in Hernandez-Lara v.
