ORDER REQUESTING SUPPLEMENTAL STATEMENT FROM PARTIES. The Court has reviewed the Petitioner's habeas corpus petition ECF No. 1 and entered a Case Management Order. The Petitioner asserts in his petition that his parents are United States citizens, but the impact of such on the pendency of this case was not discussed in the petition. The Court therefore directs the Petitioner to file a brief supplemental statement addressing whether, and if so, how, the citizenship status of Petitioner's parents affects the proceedings in this case, within seven (7) days of the date of this Order.
