ORDER. In its supplemental response, Respondents suggest that the Court should cancel the scheduled factual hearing (though they do not oppose a bail hearing), contending that "the circumstances of Petitioner's arrest did not occur as outlined in the petition." That the parties do not agree on the facts is precisely why a factual hearing is called for.
