ORDER. Before the Court is 3 Petitioner's Motion Preliminary Injunction (Emergency Motion). It is ORDERED that Respondents shall respond to the 3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction and show cause why the 1 Application for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted on or before 12/1/2025. Petitioner shall file a reply on or before 12/8/2025. Pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651(a), and in order to preserve the Court's jurisdiction, Respondents SHALL NOT REMOVE Petitioner from the District of Colorado or the United States unless or until this Court or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this Order.
