ORDER. Following review of the petition and an emergency bail hearing in this matter, it appears that, based upon the papers filed, an immigration judge by Order dated June 9, 2026, vacated the May 15, 2026 Notice to Appear as to the petitioner, terminating the removal proceeding against him, which seem to have been the sole basis for his May 15, 2026 arrest. DE 1-4. Thus the Court hereby ORDERS the release of the defendant on his own recognizance. Said order is without prejudice to reconsideration of these matters upon further submission by the parties, which shall be made consistent with this Court's standing order.
