TEXT ORDER The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's pro se Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. (ECF No. 1). Petitioner in this matter is the same petitioner in the recently filed counseled action, Peralta Peguero v. Warden, No. 26-cv-06812 (D.N.J.). Because the pro se Petition in this matter is duplicative of that counseled action, the Petition is DENIED AS MOOT. The Clerk of the Court is directed to CLOSE this case.
