See Petition at 1; 28 U.S.C. § 98(c). By 5:00 p.m. on June 22, 2026, the parties shall file a joint letter setting forth the parties' positions on whether this action should be transferred to the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana or dismissed without prejudice. See Rumsfeld v. Padilla, 542 U.S. 426, 443 (2004); Ozturk v. Hyde, 136 F.4th 382, 390-92 (2d Cir. 2025); 28 U.S.C. § 1631. The Clerk of Court is directed to mail a copy of this Order to Petitioner and to email a copy of this Order to the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York.
