ORDER: On November 3, 2025, Petitioner Congzhi Chen filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, seeking relief from immigration detention. (Dkt. #1). The parties are hereby ORDERED to appear for a telephonic conference regarding the petition on November 18, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. The dial-in information is as follows: At the scheduled time, the parties shall call (855) 244-8681 and enter access code 2315 780 7370. Please note, the conference will not be available prior to the scheduled time. Petitioner shall not be removed from the United States without an order by this Court allowing such removal.
