MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER Signed by Chief District Judge David J. Hale on 11/26/2025: Respondents' 9 motion to dismiss is DENIED. Navarrete's petition for a writ of habeas corpus (D.N. 1) is GRANTED. Respondents are DIRECTED to rele ase Navarrete immediately, and, if she is arrested and re-detained, provide her with a bond hearing before a neutral Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). The United States SHALL certify compliance with the Court's Order by a filing on the docket. While release should be immediate, notice of the release may be delayed until Monday, 12/1/2025, due to the intervening holiday.
