ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Ground Four of the Petition is dismissed. John E. Cantu is dismissed The Clerk of Court must substitute David J. Venturella for Respondent Lyons and Todd Blanche for Respondent Bondi pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 25(d).
