MEMORANDUM AND ORDER - The petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (filing 1 ) is conditionally granted as set forth in this Order. The petitioner's Motion for Preliminary Injunction (filing 13 ) is denied as moot. The government shall provide the petitioner with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and the corresponding regulations on or before December 19, 2025. If the government does not provide the petitioner with a bond hearing as required, th e petitioner must be immediately released from detention. On or before December 22, 2025, the government shall provide the Court with a status update regarding the bond hearing or, if no bond hearing was held, advise the Court regarding the petitioner's release. Counsel for the federal respondents shall inform respondent Greg London as to the decision of the Court upon the filing of the Court's Order. A separate judgment will be entered. Ordered by Senior Judge John M. Gerrard. (LKO)
