Respondents shall SHOW CAUSE, on or by 6/9/2026, as to why the Petition should not be granted in light of the Eleventh Circuit's decision in Hernandez Alvarez v. Warden, Fed. Det. Ctr. Miami, 175 F.4th 1258 (11th Cir. 2026), as further set out in Order; 3. Petitioner shall file a reply to the Governments response on or by 6/11/2026, as further set out in Order; 5. Furthermore, to preserve the status quo and the Court's jurisdiction, Respondents shall not remove Petitioner from the United States or the State of Alabama until further order of the Court; 6.
