ORDER by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo: Petitioner has filed a Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and set it for a hearing On June 10, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. (Dkt. No. 2 ). The hearing on this TRO is VACATED. General Order 25-06, which was entered in this case, provides an expedited briefing schedule and was designed to reduce the number of cases necessitating TROs.
