TEXT ORDER: This matter having come before the Court upon the pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus, (ECF No. 1), and the Court having determined that appointment of counsel is appropriate in the interests of justice pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A and the applicable habeas rules, it is ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of New Jersey is appointed to represent Petitioner for purposes of this habeas matter through the conclusion of the proceedings in this Court. Appointed counsel shall file either: (1) a supplemental brief in support of the petition, or (2) an amended petition and brief, along with any application to proceed in forma pauperis, within (14) days of this Order. If an amended petition is filed, Respondents shall file a response within seven (7) days and Petitioner shall file any reply within seven (7) days of the response. If only a supplemental brief is filed, Respondents shall file any response within five (5) days, and Petitioner shall file any reply within five (5) days.
