TEXT ORDER: This matter having come before the Court upon the pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus, (ECF No. 1), and the Court having determined that appointment of counsel is appropriate in the interests of justice pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3006A and the applicable habeas rules, it is ORDERED that the Federal Public Defender for the District of New Jersey is appointed to represent Petitioner for purposes of this habeas matter through the conclusion of the proceedings in this Court.
