MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on 6/3/2026: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. (ECF No. 1 .) Respondent shall file a response to the Habeas Petition by June 5, 2026.
