ORDER re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by EFENRI SUYANTO. On 6/3/2026, Petitioner filed a 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. The 1 Petition avers that Petitioner is currently detained at the Moshannon Valley Processing Center. However, ICE's publicly available online detainee locator system (available at https://locator.ice.gov/odls/#/search) did not return any results for Petitioner's name or A-number when the Court searched the system on 8/25/26. Furthermore, ICE's Automated Case Information website (available at https://acis.eoir.justice.gov/en/) lists Petitioner as having been granted voluntary departure by an Immigration Judge on 6/29/2026. Thus, it appears to the Court that Petitioner is no longer in ICE custody, thereby rendering the 1 Petition moot. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, on or before 8/2/2026, the parties shall confer and file a joint status report stating whether: (1) Petitioner remains in ICE custody; and (2) the 1 habeas petition is moot.
